A detailed report for your piece of mind
We provide a comprehensive and detailed report covering internal and external areas of the property. Room by room assessment of condition, highlighting any apparent issues of concern. Inspection includes accessible ceiling space and where applicable, sub-floor area. Externally we will examine the roof and gutters (limited to 3m above ground).
All inspections completed in accordance with Australian Standard AS4349.1 Pre-Purchase Inspections – Residential Buildings. Reports identify observable Safety Hazards and Major Defects as well as a summary of minor defects. Where appropriate, further specialist inspections will be recommended (structural, pest or asbestos).
